Which Inner Critic Is Ruling Your Mind?

The Inner Critic assessment is amazing! It really helped me to understand that so many of my feelings and thoughts are not just mine alone. And knowing it’s my Inner Critic that has created my thoughts and feelings that I thought were normal and seem to never end. The assessment breaks it down so I can see on paper where it comes from and the impact it’s having, and now I have some really great tools for what to do with these thoughts and feelings. I am excited to learn more about how to stop my Inner Critic from impacting so many parts of my life!

Taking the Inner Critic Assessment was like giving access to someone into my brain and the areas I was not aware of.
